Once we have received your order(s), our staff will confirm with you the following details

• Payment
• Shipping requests

Local Shipping:

After we dispatch your order(s), it would be estimated to arrive in 2-3 business days. *In the case of Typhoon (T8) and Black Rain deliveries will resume once we have received confirmation that couriers are operating as normal.

Overseas/International Shipping:

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is usaully 3-10 business days. (This is subject to change according to the Destination and the Local Customs of your country. Different Seasons and Weather can also affect the delivery time).

Shipments might be delayed due to the following reasons:

• Bad Weather

• Public Holidays
• Customs Clearance/ On hold at customs

Returns

We do not accept returns once the package has been shipped out.

*Upon receiving your item, if there appears to have quality issues, please contact us within 3 days. Exchange or Return requests due to personal reasons are not acceptable.
